At Club Her, we are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience, from checkout to delivery. Our goal is to get your workout gear to you as quickly and safely as possible so you can get back to doing what you love.

Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
- Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods (e.g., holidays or special promotions).

Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed.

- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days):
- Free on orders over $75.
- Flat rate of $6.99 on orders under $75.

International Shipping
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can easily monitor the progress of your package.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- Club Her is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If you experience any issues with your delivery, please reach out to our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as best as possible.

Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Club Her is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
