Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process, and we’ll help you place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale products are non-returnable.
How to Return:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@clubher.com or via our contact page to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Return Shipping: You’ll be provided with return instructions and a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
3. Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Returns must be sent back in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet our return conditions.
